Our history
It grows as a family business and is Gustavo Morales' legacy to his son. Together they went to sell fish in wheelbarrows at the market square in Bogotá. As the business grew, Gustavo Junior learned more about the sale and marketing of fish. When his father dies Gustavo takes the reins of the business and converts the company into a wholesale company.

FROZEN FISH
Frozen fish is fish that has been chilled to extremely low temperatures, the water inside turns to ice; which stops the growth of bacteria and keeps fish fresh in the freezer.
FRESH FISH
Fresh fish is fish that has not been frozen and is in its natural state. It offers excellent flavor and texture, ideal for immediate dishes.

PRODUCE
PLANTAINS
The platains that we sell is a vacuum-packed plantain, a way of preserving and protecting this fruit. Our product goes through five fundamental stages:
PLANTAINS SELECCIONS: In this phase, we select plantains at the optimal point of maturity.
Vacuum Packaging, Air Removal, Airtight Sealing and Hermetic Sealing.
Keep in mind that vacuum-packed plantains are an ideal choice for later consumption, either as a healthy snack or as an ingredient in various recipes, preserving their original quality and flavor.
LEMON
In order to provide you with the best quality of lemon, we categorize our products into three phases:
HARVEST: The process begins with the harvest of ripe lemons in the fields. Lemons must be at their optimal point of ripeness to guarantee their quality.
SELECTION AND CLASSIFICATION: After harvesting, the lemons undergo rigorous selection and classification. Damaged or bad lemons are removed and classified according to their size and quality.
PACKING: Lemons are packed in boxes or containers specifically designed for the transportation and protection of the fruit. These containers are suitable to preserve the freshness of lemons during distribution.
